Key phrase post banning doesn't stop someone from shitposting.
If you want to stop someone from shitposting stop talking to them.
What you need to do is not tell the person on the other end that they've been banned. Just let them post, and don't display that post for anyone but the poster.
That will stop the majority of non-savvy shit posters because they will stop getting responses and get bored and leave, not knowing they were black listed.
