Okay Veeky Forums...

Okay Veeky Forums, I'm actually curious if you've ever personally seen stance or anything Veeky Forums actually hates or raves about.

Midwestern Canada
FLAT AF
Rarely but most are set to reasonable height since roads are shitty here
Kinda commom, Hondas and Hyundais, mostly spoilers and taillights, amazed they still do what they do
Not that common but mostly hatchback owners do
Bodykits? Same as the Honda/Hyundai boys, you'll see them at least once a day
BROTRUCK HEAVEN
Tennessee what? Never
Most definitely but rarely any toyobaru or S2k
Couple times
Monster truck on the road with a couch in the bed

We also get RHD imports around here as well

>meme cars
The only meme car I see here is the same guy that drives a s2000. I drive by a street I use to get home from work and there's a rx7 just parked in there drive way collecting dust never driven.

>Where do you live (or size of the city if don't want to post that)
Springfield, MO

>how hilly is your area
It's the ozarks, it's pretty hilly, tons of steep parking lot changes. If you only had a stanced car and absolutely stuck to the main roads, you could do it as they are smooth transitions, but literally 60% of the parking lots and business entrances will have a 25 degree entrance

>stance (and how bad)
Never seen a completely stanced or hellaflush car, they are just lowered and the camber is never more than 5 degrees

>rice (and how bad)
lots of shitty color painted rims and a lot of mufflers but nothing else, see one at least every day and it's always a civic

>lowered cars
see one about every two days and it's almost always a civic. Seen a few lowered BMWs, and one lowered lexus

>racing stickers (not hippie/other stickers)
yup I even know where a BRZ owner lives who is a fan of initial d, only see this about every 3 days

>side skirts, low bumpers, etc
not gonna happen in the ozarks. Saw a van with sideskirts

>lifted bro trucks / rolling coal
tons, see this at least two every day but only about one in ten of those have smoke stacks

>tennessee tilt / california lean trucks
not even once

>any of the meme cars that Veeky Forums repeats like miata, brz, frs, s2000, prelude
almost all are NA and NB miata, see one every day, see a BRZ and FRS every day, there's about 10 S2Ks here, the prelude is the rarest as I've only seen it three times and two were the 80s model

>supercar
There are three lamborghinis I've ever seen, a 2005 yellow and purple gallardo and an aventador. Lots of porsches but they're always too far away to tell between boxster/cayman/911. Absolutely nothing else. There's an exotic dealership in town but on their site every single car is bought by someone a thousand miles away

>anything else weird, mawdded, or stupid
saw a few pest control vans with your cartoony giant ant on the top of it

Ayyyyy is that the antelope valley? Near that mazda song road they got rid of a few years ago.
Use to live in palmdale, and yeah it is most defiantly a civic cuck land. Sometimes you'll see some kind of classic like a baby bomber car or some japanese classic.
I remember seeing the same douchbags driving around in their s2000s, but the ppl there seem to spend their car money on newer cars most of time. But sometimes you can find some thing good on craigslist

How long ago was that pic, that smoke looks like its from a recent fire

>Rice: Rarely, if you're talking about full on pep boys bodykit hondas. They used to be everywhere but now they're pretty uncommon. Lots of "JDM" style Civics, 240s, etc though.
>Lowered cars: All over the place. Lots of "non-enthusiast" lowered cars, too, like Arabs/Armenians in lowered Mercedes and BMWs with fancy rims but no real mods.
>Racing stickers: Not often, except on actual track cars.

>Bro Trucks: Occasionally, not a ton near my place but they're everywhere if you go like an hour east or north to the white trashier areas.

>Meme cars: Fucking everywhere. Can't leave the house without seeing an FRS/BRZ or Miata, S2000s are nearly as common. Lots of WRXs and Evos and Ford STs, too.
>Supercars: Pretty frequently. Lots of entry-level Ferraris and Lambos. Shitloads of exotics if I go over to Beverly Hills or to the Sunset Strip on a weekend night, but I rarely do, because traffic through Hollywood fucking blows.
>Other: Lots of cool classics and "youngtimers" that you don't seem to see as much elsewhere. 2002s, old Alfas, E-Types, old Rolls and Bentleys, tons of air-cooled Porsches and E30s, etc. My neighborhood has some cool stuff tucked away, too, there's a Z8 and a turbo Supra that I've never seen leave their garages on the next street over, and on my street there's a couple of classic Jag sedans, a Spitfire, a guy with a 964 and a 914/6, another guy with an F-Type and a modded Abarth, and even a Fiat X1-9. There's also this big house that's totally overgrown and looks half abandoned, with what appears to be a 73 RS (probably a rep though) just rotting away under a car cover in the driveway.

Yeah theres some dude that was in the process of stancing a car a few months back just down the street from me. I live on Oahu and there's a fair amount of stanced cars around, and imo they all look fucking stupid as shit. As for meme cars we've got lots of miatas and mustangs, but only really seen 2 or 3 s2ks.

why they look stupid?

Cause it looks like the car is trying to squeeze out a turd, I don't like stance in general not just those cars I've seen.

>Cause it looks like the car is trying to squeeze out a turd,
This is the best description of stance I have ever heard. I'm stealing this.

A big town in Spain

>how hilly is your area

Very, pic related

>how often do you see:

Never, it's an american meme

>rice (and how bad)

Yes, not so bad lately, we used to have hideous overdone tuners.

>lowered cars

Too many times, even some fags tell me to lower the car, fuck that shit.

>racing stickers (not hippie/other stickers)

Sometimes, does the burgerking sticker count? It's basically a meme by now, I doubt that all the faggots with th sticker have actually drive through the circuit

>side skirts, low bumpers, etc

They used to be far more common, they still are around, but people ted to be more subtle.

>lifted bro trucks / rolling coal

No, well, there have been some lifted 4x4s lately but that might be because they're organizing races with them.

>tennessee tilt / california lean trucks

Not horizontal = not good

>any of the meme cars that Veeky Forums repeats like miata, brz, frs, s2000, prelude

I've seen three or four miatas, no brz, a single frs, a reglar S2000 and an Amuse S2000, a prelude or two, a million E30s and some others I can't remember now.

>supercar

There are tons of people buying the shitbox version of X car and putting the external flare of the top of the line car, I never understood this, at the end of the day you still have a shitbox.
They call me crazy when I tell them that I want to put bluemotion badges and bumpers on my GTI

>Small city in sounthern ontario
all the fucking time, especially at car meets.

I saw a stereotypical rice burner civic hatchback in Pensacola FL over the summer. Camber, slammed, 3 inch straight pipe, shut paint job, stickers all over, bad bubbly tint, painted wheels... And I saw a stock 1st gen miata the same day and place. And two porsche 911's and a CGT. It was a normal weekend too, not like a holiday or anything.

Yea and I bet you see those cars when you ride the 14 sunbus to work.

All jokes aside I thought I was the only person that lives in this boring ass town.

Only stance I've seen in person. Owner is a short white girl with long light brown hair and wears big sunglasses. Works in a strip mall area. License plate is "Swerve" but with some letters replaced by numbers.

Overall atypicalstancefag/10

its not even stance. just a bit more than a drop. so, yeah, something between "lowered" and "stanced". it doesnt make my eyes bleed for sure

Also from LA and this post is accurate.

Look closer, there's a good bit of camber. It's really not that onnoxious I agree.

me again. Forgot to mention. In addition to that R35 GTR, I see Maserati's at least once a week. Usually Ghibli's and Quattroporte's Usually at Stew Leonard's. (If you don't know what Stew Leonard's is, shame. Best grocery store ever. They only have 5 locations, 3 in Connecticut and 2 in New York.)
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stew_Leonard's

you do realize that picture's a stock Evo V and not rice right?

Nc hilly in areas of stanced preludes and vape machines("motorsportcars") if its stanced its slamed. They park in non parking spaces cause they cant get past speed bumps. Usually see this near wake tech and south of raleigh.
Lifted cars and trucks are more ricy though as well as more common. Also bike racks never having bikes and rarely some weird monitor jammed to the back spouting memes.
I know the guy who did the latter is in my neighbourhood. Which fag is it that lives in clayton?

My neighbor.

Really, really low and loud.

Ayy, fellow Oahufag here

If you go to clubs with a lot of Asians, especially Ginza, there will usually be a bunch of tuned cars outside. I've seen everything from clapped out Civics on cut springs with a 4" exhaust, to an R32 GT-R with carbon fiber everything.

I live in a relatively wealthy city outside of Minneapolis. The local rice boys love their Jettas.
