What exactly does he mean by this?

>All that money lost on that fucking rocket

Real smart move there Musk, tying all those businesses together.

hes trying to jew investors to give him more money and cutting/laying off/cheaper manufacturing to show a larger profit/less loss is the way hes going to to dit

This, except they are adding a new line to their existing factory, hiring in mass, and building a gigantic new factory. Everything else you said was spot on, you must be an expert.

how many non-jewish 5yr pre-payment tesla X or S's could have been mass produced and sold like normal cars instead of this bullshit?

youtube.com/watch?v=_BgJEXQkjNQ

Afraid if Trump is elected the government will stop shipping pallet loads of taxpayerbux to his bank account.

how many tesla 3's could be made for 50 million?

>we future
>we innovative
>we cutting edge
>we broke nigga gubmint halp
>we need dem bailout for dem 'lektric cars

LOL him and Zuckerfuck can go blow each other.

why is this news tho? has there never been a company that tried to save money by cutting spending? do people not think that this is normal for people to do?

how many of those companies were proven over decades of time as established brands that did something with valid returns, not just a proof of concept falling apart at the seams every week

and then the epic failure that was 3 days ago

>tfw he hasnt tweeted since

Christ, and to think none of his companies are making a profit.

Wonder how he'll spin this one.

This isn't a normal business, it's propped up with millions, if not billions in taxpayer subsidies, with a side helping of investors who have deluded themselves into believing that Tesla is the next Apple.
>select all pickup trucks
>one of the "trucks" is a Honda Ridgeline

Wait...maybe...m-maybe he was riding it?

It's a sign.
He should make an electric minitruck

He's probably been working almost 24/7 desu

>tying all those businesses together
They're not "together". Both are there own corporations.

One of their rockets just blew up during a static test so it makes sense.

>EV datsun minitruck
fucking hnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggg dat tork

>that explosion sound delay.
that is one long tele lens.

No you silly tard he's transferring money between Space X, Tesla and Solar city to keep the fuckers afloat.

wsj.com/articles/elon-musk-supports-his-business-empire-with-unusual-financial-moves-1461781962

I'm betting it has to do with the mega fire at the giga factory.

I'm guessing it's more to do with that fact that he got almost half a million preorders for his car along with eight figures of gov't subsidiaries and still can't make a dime on any of his cars.

11s x 340m/s = around 4km

it's also a good tripod.

i cant fucking wait for tesla to die

all the ev nerds on reddit are gonna cry for days

I hope so

Why though. What bothers you about what someone drives. You drive your gas or diesel car and do your own thing. It might get expensive in time but if that's what you want to drive then so be it. Electric cars are something that will have a big impact in the coming years

Is Tesla a literal meme? Is it just a company waiting to crash and burn because it's just propped up by subsidies?

Has there been a similar company in the past? What was their fate? I just can't help but wonder how long a company can keep reporting losses every year, will the subsidy money get pulled at some stage?

>What bothers you about what someone drives.
As if EVfags aren't hoping for gas vehicles to die. The Netherlands or one of those cucklands already passed legislature against gasoline

>What bothers you about what someone drives.
huge subsidies provided by taxpayer debt

tax breaks or subsidies are alright, there's no reason to believe EVs arent going to just keep getting better in terms of range and charge time. This just puts them into market viability earlier so they can get R&D money directly from sales instead of begging for it.

in before something along the lines of
>EVs are trash they'll never get better end of LiPo energy density peak etc etc

Tesla and the other shit Musk does is praised as much as Apple by most people.

>What exactly does he mean by this?
He's probably trying to cover his cash flow problem due to Tesla merging with the huge solar business a few months ago. Elon Musk was the majority owner of that solar business and a lot of people questioned the merger in an financial sense. What Musk was doing was propping up that other company (and thus his investment shares) by using Tesla's funds. When a merger happens, Musks shares in that other company are thus exchanged for yet more Tesla shares. Is that fair? Not to the other investors but Musk is able to call the shots with his control of both companies. It's also why the chinese government requires by law the chinese investors have controlling interest on these partnership deals. It lets them jew out the foreign company.

If you think that the tax subsidies going to Tesla affect our debt that much, how about you investigate the subsidies going to charter schools in Ohio.

or the oil industry
or corn

The Story of SpaceX

Directed by Micheal Bay

Two wrongs don't make a right.

>tax breaks or subsidies are alright
>just puts them into market viability earlier
And what's the benefit, pumping more money into Chinese lithium mines?

he makes 20% profit on each model s sold.

the company isn't making a profit because of massive and aggressive expansion construction.

Tesla is buying lithium from a mine in Nevada. They are planning on lithium from Mexico too, but the beaners are having problems.

China's lithium supply is insignificant, compared to the massive production and reserves of Chile and Peru.

They live and die by govt subsidies. When those end then they are done

you know how heavily the oil industry is?

>billions in tax breaks
>get to drill and pump on public land for basically nothing
>eminent domain power to put pipelines almost anywhere

There is literally nothing wrong with govt subsidies. Most of industrial America was built off them.

But the oil industry isn't a pyramid scheme.

...

what's the last thing applecucks did to help change society for good? keep pumping out disposable tech products?
whenever they"innovate" millions of people around the world dump their crap to third world countries to sorry and burn for precious metal; thoroughly fucking or environment.

cheatsheet.com/business/high-on-the-hog-the-top-8-corporate-welfare-recipients.html/?a=viewall

spoiler alert: tesla isn't on there, but three other auto makers are!

The Kochbrothers are behind it.

...

That's actually a neat idea.

Why is it news that this rocket blew up? Musk has already destroyed a handfull of these things, why is this one a big deal

Musk is such a naive rich kid. In an SDI political environment, does he *really* think they're gonna let him play in space? Kek

It's hype. And it works. Some people think he's the devil, others think he's a messiah. He's happy he gets talked about

well he already controls a major line of cashflow with paypal

now he controls the leading electric vehicle company

and he has more headway into the private space race than any other american company

you guys make it sound like he hasn't done anything worth noting

he's just very, very ambitious for such a conservative country

in the grand scheme though, he controls a dog and a pony.

no you're very wrong

>Not liking fascism

>that is one long tele lens.

Since Elon Musk rockets have a tendency to blow up, it's best to be far away.

THIS
that lithium salt lake down in south america they just found is fucking ENORMOUS

>he's just very, very ambitious for such a conservative country

He's too ambitious. Sure, he has only one lifetime and he's trying to cram 2 into the space of one. He's stretched so thin in four widely disparate concerns that things keep going wrong. And his method of requiring lock down of a freshly landed rocket on a moving barge is too perilous. Sure, it gives him an equatorial spot. He'd do better copying China's method of finding some place sort of offshore near the equator and dredging up materials to make a stable island to land the rockets.

This rocket was designed to launch a satellite into orbit to essentially bring wi-fi access to a lot of third world countries. In addition, it was meant to be one of the first reusable rockets by designing it to land upright after takeoff.

No what's wrong is a naive consumer that's impressed with small-time consumer-impressive wealth thinking that some rich civilian has jack shit on global militaries.
t; Musk is nothing but an idealistic pie-in-the-sky cockroach. His very existence is being allowed for research purposes.

>thinking space is "bullshit"
>youtube.com/watch?v=CbIZU8cQWXc

Wasn't a test, it was carrying a google communications satellite.

It was being refueled for a live fire test to see if the engine was operating correctly, and it was carrying a facebook satellite.

Where are you getting your news?

All the other ones had no expenisve payloads on them.

This one did, Insurance may recoup the price of the satellite but Facebook will still lose money in the short term becuase it was not launched on schedule.

an Israeli telecom satellite which was going to also be part of Facebook's Internet.org thing, not really a Facebook satellite.

Kikebook is providing internet access in Africa. So that they can be the first ones in to data mine and do analytics on African internet users. Then sell Mugabe and Tyrone's metadata to other companies.

Ah, wasn't aware that this wasn't just more testing

>posting the meme nigger

might take more than a month of cutbacks to topple a $40bn company.

when is the Ponzi X-2S coming out? and how soon can I make a full down payment on it?
