This is pretty shitty desu
despite not being able to take him seriously at all, he was a pretty good singer.
and that song is 80s as fuck.
He's not wrong. Really it's all EDM at this point. The whole EDM world experienced its Golden Age in the 90s before everything went to artistic shit.
youtu.be
cool song, but i think the golden age of trance was during the mid 00's
youtube.com
neither of you are wrong as Trance didn't fully arrive on the scene until 1995-96 and remained in the mainstream till around 06
THE FEELS ARE REALS
Love these sounds, its my childhood fantasies.
I used to dream about cars while listening to this.
Such a good music and good people who like it.
Kavinsky is my nig.

my favourite soundtrack is my window down
nothing like hearing CUNT! on your commute
>not listening to old Infected Mushroom, Ananda Shake, Gataka, Beat Hackers, Exaile, Sesto Sento, Indra, and GMS
New Infected Mushroom blows dick.
Best.
youtu.be
There is no best music. The best music is circumstantial. Pop or something upbeat in the morning and literally anything else during the day.
infected mushroom always sucked, everybody on this board has the taste of 12 year olds.
still better then /mu/
I'm sitting in a chair yet I feel like I'm moving at the speed of sound
The craziest part about this is that it was made with mostly analog machinery. The producers were also engineers.
You spelled "synthwave" wrong.

Sounds like the sort of thing youd expect to hear playing in Heaven
not sure if it counts as trance but it's a worth hearing and a bit of a landmark achievement in terms of digital music.

I dig that. I'm usually a hiphop guy but when I'm in a huge need to chill & cruise, this is my jam:

youtube.com
>not pop punk
>not cruising along with the windows down belting out your favourite tunes that remind you of being a kid and thinking about the good times
you, don't wanna be just like you 2bh
otherwise you got this excellent joint to cruise on:

Are those Volvos on the right?
Look more like a Toyota Crown to me.
Don't worry about me just the most chill song ever coming through
Get loaded on opiates and amphetamines.
Start driving, fire up a blunt, and pop this in.
I thought so at first but those headlights and turn signals are TALL
If you need to wake up in the morning commute
And if you want to be obnoxious in traffic
Downhill touge
tfw someone posts your mix
thanks senpai desu
love the photo
but why isn't it psychedelic trance?
Wanna run down one of those Arizona/Nevada desert highways to this someday

>I won't drive no Kia.
I used to play innerspeaker in my STi all the time.

This is the only correct answer.
Glad to see there's more than 2 of us here
Do you reply "I drive" when people ask you what you do too?
youtube.com
>Driving in the city at night listening to this
Pure comfort
No, usually it's something like "competitive drinking". But to be honest I usually do spend most of my free time driving through the nearby passes.
lel, I was just larping tho
Acting like a real life Gosling driver would be probably crossing the fine line between cool and cringeworthy
I kind of thought so. But it is a little frustrating that it's more socially acceptable to say you play frisbee golf on weekends than is to say you like going for a drive.
how is it not socially acceptable?
talk radio makes the time less noticeable.
Last trip i made was from atlanta to tamp and back.
going south to tampa, I listened to music. mostly what ever rock music I could find on the radio.
on the way back to atlanta I listened to am talk radio.
the trip north felt shorter.
I live directly across the street from a frisbee golf course. It's a bunch of soccer moms and old folks trying to stay active with the occasional entire family out there. I had one lady follow me to my house and then tried to confront me because my "excessively loud exhaust pipes made her daughter cry because of its aggressive sounds." I can't even make this shit up.
holy crap, kek
do you drive mostly near your house or what?
No there's just only two ways back in to my neighborhood and at the time passing The Field of Forgotten Life Goals was the fastest way here.
Regardless of the method of travel returning home will always feel faster.
>I have to make multiple ~15 hour flights a year to visit family
it's donk and HTID, cheesy trance, bassy d&b, hardcore, probably a euro only feel.
youtube.com
for those lacking eurobeat theres BLACK WILL'S SUPER EUROBEAT MIXTAPE
mega.nz
otherwise like mentioned drum n bass, happy hardcore and trance are the one
I used to listen to trance all the time back in the day, used to have this trance mix of but I can't remember the name of it, also used to have this mix CD called tektonics which was trance and other edm artists like propellerheads with hip hop DJs, damn shame I have never been able to find the Tektonics CD since
