What mercedes benz key fob design you like the most?

Well, few years ago things used to be different and these things don't change overnight. At least in my country (Poorland) I feel safe and no need for such a thingie.

The buttons had a tendency to crack after some time, although th ekey itself was sturdy as fuck

I have this one and I like it much more than newer chrome ones.
Also, what does the panic button do? I'm from yurop and never seen such a thing.

Okay okay now give back that key fob to your dad.

I still remember me accidentally putting down the same key of my dad's new 1997 E230 and all of a sudden it stopped working and he had to wait for over 4 months to get a new keyfob from the dealer.

While we're at button cracking, both of my keys have cracked lock button. Other than that i like the key, small and sturdy, not as fancy as looking as the chromed one tho.

Also has anyone done case replacement themselves? I heard the key stop working if dust gets in there through cracks, Im thinking of changing case before that happens.
