Not into Mega Man myself, but, I watch an LPer named ClementJ64 on YouTube who has LPed the games, can anyone PLEASE tell me why Omega didn't have Zero's original body at the end of Zero 3? As I said, I'm not really into the franchise, but that would have been fucking awesome.

I think the official explanation is that canonically Zero looks the same in the Zero series as in the X series and that the difference is only due to a change in artstyle.

That is canon, but it doesn't explain why Omega looks the way he does. The reason Zero needed a new body was because it was stolen for Omega, after all.
