The Event Page probably isn't up for it yet, they sometimes forget to put up some event pages before Maintenance like how two of the events for the previous patch didn't have pages until the patch went live.

By the looks of it, part 2 of the patch will be Hell and Epic reworks in Nov and part 3 will be MMage subs and OV rework in Dec.

Part 2 is probably Awakened Anton + OV Revamp
Part 3 is probably Sizki's Dojo + Hell/Epic Revamp

I'm pretty sure Act 8 will be Male Mage Subs and then Act 8 Part 2 will be Male Mage 2nd Awakenings. The SD and Demonic Lancer's followed this trend where Act 2 was SD release then Act 2 part 2 was Thief 2nds, Demonic Lancer was Act 6 with part 2 being Demonic Lancer 2nds so I'm guessing they'll follow the same trend with the Male Mage subs.

They'll use the 90 cap update as DFOG Season 3 next year.

All the changes:
Hardcore Hell Mode is removed and all Hells are Insane now
Epic Drop rate is slightly increased compared to the current Insane Hell Mode drop rate (still heavily RNG based)
Magic Sealed Rare Equipment no longer drops in Hells. Only Epic Fragments, Epic Souls, Hell Orbs, and Epics can drop from Hells now
Demon Eyes no longer drop but instead Epic Souls drop. Epic Souls have a lower drop rate than Demon Eyes do though due to basically being 5 Demon Eyes
More Epic Fragments drop at once now, for example Slayer Hells drop 12 Fragments instead of 10
