Forcing yourself to take a bullet in order to heal is a dumb concept that can lead you to killing yourself unintentionally.

You never force yourself to take a bullet you fucking retard. It always happens naturally. If you're not being shot at you suck up a 1st aid kid as usual.

Except it doesn't when you're in cover. And having to rely on a first aid kit when you're not means you limit yourself to a generally worse deployable compared to med bags. In contrast, a deck like muscle gives you a passive bonus to health that's always happening regardless of what situation you're in and doesn't force you to use a deployable to heal up.

The key thing he mentioned was "syncs with LBV". Muscle is for heavier armors. Ex-Pres is for lighter armors when you don't want to spend too many skill points on dodge.

Ex Pres rewards you for continuously going out and fighting instead of cowering under a desk like a little bitch contributing nothing to the fight while the rest of your team mates got shot up because they may as well have been down a heister - you.

But I never mentioned heavier armor in my post. In fact, nothing mentioned gives any reason to favor ex-pres over muscle even on LBV.

You're aware you can kill cops without pointlessly putting yourself in danger right? Fighting "not like a bitch" or whatever your dumb argument is, means a lot less to a team when they're ACTUALLY down a heister instead of someone who stuck to playing defensively in cover.

Also with Ex-Pres if you have Bullseye you can force the health regen if your armor's gone. Muscle you're stuck with the same slow health regen which doesn't help as much with light armors that break easily

It doesn't matter you didn't mention it. I made the initial declaration of the ideal armors for both perk decks. Ex-Pres is better for lighter armors than Muscle is.
