When Noble Team docks at Anchor 9 in LNOS, is the map inside there? Is it rendered at all?

Of course. Nothing else would give her that look.

I used to get doubles all the time, too.

Just took a look in the map files - nothing there. I wouldn't have expected there to be any either, even if Anchor 9 as a multiplayer map was ready to ship at launch, it wouldn't make sense to include it in the campaign map. Why have geometry there in the map taking up memory if it's not going to be used?

The only way I'd expect it to be there is if it was an easter egg of some sorts. As it happens, though, nah. No point to it being there.

I figured the long, unskippable cutscene masking the loading time precluded anything other than the space battle being present in memory.

That was the best part of the entire campaign though. I'd buy a whole game of just that.

Please fucking no. I had enough when I found out that there was a guy on the Ark that got turned into some sort of Forerunner cyborg. If they decide to go the route of 'we resurrected the glorious space negro as a robot' or 'Johnson got composed lel' I will grind my Halo 6 disc up and snort it along with some anthrax, because by then it will be a fucking lost cause.

We actually don't know yet. They haven't shown any gameplay. If the draw distance is increased, I'll get a switch at launch, but otherwise I'll just wait for Monster Hunter like I did with the WiiU.

Played some halo reach today after having not played the games in quite a while, really enjoyed it, but I found I had the most fun in anniversary classic, does Halo 5 have a simple classic mode?

You can tweak the setting for the gameplay and download some remakes of the old maps. There is no classic playlist though

Right, so no Ranked but really who cares about that? Basically you can play multiplayer with your friends, which is what most people do after finishing the campaign, right?

Regarding Zelda, how can it possibly run on the NX/Switch at the same resolution as on a Wii U? It would have to be downgraded for that touchscreen, not to mention that it's basically an NVidia Shield tablet which means it's limited by NVidia's mobile hardware.

I'm actually more tempted to get one for that new Mario we saw 5 seconds of, it looks to be returning to the classic SM64/SMS style. Also the possibility of a Paper Mario TTYD remake has been discussed recently so that'd be sick too, a remake of both the first one and TTYD in Color Splash graphical style would be amazing.
