I'd say those legs are a bit too short and that chin is a bit too long considering where the base of the neck is; but damn, that's still adorable.

Given how much money he has, it isn't too much of a stretch to say that Scott might be dabbling in cocaine or something. It'd certainly explain his erratic behavior starting from around September 2015 onwards.

The "real ending" is the one where you get scooped. I don't think Eggs/William ever had an idea that it was a child inside Baby before they got scooped though I imagine they're still conscious after Ennard hops in them. Just haunting their own body.

While I'm at it I love Gud, Ghost, Weaver, Roommates, Crisis, Fridge, Fansmut, Rugrats, Coffeefag, and a bunch of others I'm forgetting. I think they're cool folks who should post more and the thread's grown too sour about them. It's time to learn to love again.

I don't hate it, I just thought there was a lot of wasted potential. The game shows you a whole bunch of neat things and then never does anything with them.

I don't hate it, I just wish the nights were longer. I applaud Scott for the work he put into production and presentation, it was a pretty good show, all vampire soaps considered. Except it's hardly a game, but a series of handheld tutorial levels. It's just way too linear.

I honestly think it's the best in the series. It merges black comedy with actual horror pretty well.

Night 4 should be removed, though. The game goes up by two points if you skip it.

Otherwise, I agree. Freddy's the best he's been since FNAF 1, and so is Foxy.

The story itself is bizarre, but in that avant garde style that some writefaggotry falls into where it's just so insane and you can't dislike it for that. The situation of the finale where you're an adult listening to his dead child being put on the phone or imitated by a shambling abomination made from wires is pretty good.

Real talk, the fucking breaker room is arguably my favorite part in any FNAF game in the entire series. It actually nails the "uncanny valley" appeal of the animatronics better than almost anything else. Dark room, flickering light, great atmosphere, well-integrated movement (using the blackouts instead of static-cuts to let Fred move around), and christ, that VOICE. I know it's goofy and exaggerated but THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT. It genuinely sounds like an animatronic performer's voice would, and in the context it becomes really fucking unnerving. The stuttering and echoing really exacerbates it, too. Easily the tensest and spookiest part of the whole game for me, and if not the best part of the series definitely top five.

The premise is strange, but I don't hate it; if anything, it's charmingly absurd. That said, the writing itself is stiff and works against why your trying to set up. Everything is explained so uniformly and efficiently, even redundantly at times; it sorta feels like you're overcompensating for how confusing and hard to follow a lot of your previous stories have been by being up front to the point where it feels uninteresting. A little panache doesn't hurt; just keep it in moderation.
The length is also an issue. While brevity is important -especially in fanfiction like this- what you're telling here is literally one half of a scene. Some guys laid a robot down on a table, and Spring started cutting it open. That's not a chapter, that's two actions in a larger story with no real theme or significance of their own. Each chapter in a series should either build off of, or toward, something.

I appreciate the response. I had worried that it would be dry; with confirmation of this I'll rework it. Fortunately I hadn't progressed far enough in the chapter itself to continue making the same mistakes, although the uniform nature of serialization warrants scrutiny of the prior chapters. Thanks for highlighting this, and next time I post something for review I will ensure it has greater substance to it than just a couple paragraphs.

I liked the shift in "voice" between 35 and 36. The voice I read Tape 35 in was replaced by a remarkably more sinister one, as things get weirder. I think the build-up to this radical change is well executed, and if you apply this to a larger story, it could make for a hell of a ride.

It's content from the base game. Probably my favorite set of holodisks especially given where they're located (Empty trailer park)

I don't care much for Bethesda's Fallouts, but I've always liked the pages of story, transcripts, messages, ect.. that they leave around. I especially liked the Vault stuff. Wandering around an empty, dimly lit Vault and wondering what happened as I collect jumpsuits and tapes brought back memories of the first two games, where each town was a mysterious nut you cracked by solving quests.
