It makes sense since in reality there are 3 Blue-eyes White Dragons so it must mean that there are 3 Spirit Keepers and 3 Dragon eggs.
The first Kisara clone was the Maiden and the second girl was the Priestess and now we're missing the third girl.
We're also missing the original white stone since the stones are being released backwards chronologically.
