As for the other user. It's quite hard to give tips since if you're playing it the first time, the amount of stuff that you can do is quite a lot, you should try having a feel of the game first so the tips given to you isn't lost.
The most basic tips I can give you is - Try mastering crafting equipment as soon as you can ( see the wiki I linked for the list of item ) - Enchant the crafted equipment as high as possible, that will last you lot of time so you can skip few tier of item and efficiently use your money. - Don't bother with human mercenary, they're hard to use. - Best job for main heroine in the beginning is medic.

If you use "cm3d2 getuploader.com" (no hashtags) you'll get some results you wouldn't normally see.
For example it'll show tweets done by the CM3D2 Uploader Bot, a bot that announces to twitter any time a new mod has been added to the public uploader.
