To play on PC, you currently have to use an Android emulator such as Leapdroid (recommended), Memu, Nox or Bluestacks. If the emulator gets stuck on Urias' stage in story mode, you might need to enable Virtualization in your bios (Google it).

Alexander and Otohime are played in Sword. Seraph seeing some play in Elana.
Forte is core in Dragon, Lucifer is on the lower end. The rest aren't used much, probably safe to vial.
Your golds also don't go in the decks you want to play, but those can be turned to vials too.

Gold are pretty good overall, homecoming is 800 free vail so that's nice.
All in all I would keep yeah, but I'd say the spread is quite there (which isn't bad unless you're going to be a sword OTP)

You could;
make dragon (with Forte and Fafnir) make haven (with Garuda and Themis's) make sword (with Alexander)
and Olivia fits in about everything.

a useful legendary is worth 3.5 non useful ones so it's better to get 3 legendaries that you're going to use than 9 bad ones you have to liquify a good roll is 2+ useful legendaries and 4+ you can liquify
