What are some tips for new players?

To refund and get Skyrim or Dark Souls.

Don't play on hard mode, don't immediately go into the well, the game starts out really slow but picks up after you reach the capital
basically

Certain quests have a time frame. Either a set amount of days or following the main story too much. I recommend to go back to the first town after reaching the capital to complete anything over there. But just do what interests you.

You don't have to do all the escort missions. In fact I recommend not doing those unless they have an item you want or a character who's affinity you want to raise. Still their end locations might take you to nice little set pieces you might not have known to find otherwise.

Trying to find the different achievements you get for completing certain things. What were they? Is there a different one besides beating the game on hardmode? Like beating it on newgame+ or beating Daimon a second time?

If I pirated this shit and bought it later would I be able to succesfully move my save to the bought version?

Should be able to, can't confirm though.

I think it's possible, but not that easy.
If I'm not mistaken, you'll need to edit the save first because .
I tried to transfer a save to another account and when I tried to load it, it said it was corrupted and cannot load.
But I'm pretty sure it's possible editing your save, because I've seen some posts about people transfering their old console save to PC.

Create a new save on your secondary account to get a userid and either convert your save or edit it (convert to .xml, edit, convert to .SAV) to change the ID (at the end).

I beat Daimon first form. I went into the room where there used to be a single chained gorecyclops, but now there is lightning dragon and these flying red devil things. What are they? I liftstoned out of there too soon to find out

I just finished speedrun mode for the first time! My pawn gets a Barnaby outfit. I got a Selene outfit but I forgot to put it on.

Barnaby is someone I always wanted as a beloved but Grigori never picks him

God dammit, seriously. I'm testing my fighter pawn on a gorechimera and she'll get it down 3 bars in like two seconds then do nothing but climb and damage it so slowly it'll heal back to full health. I've tried pretty much every combination of inclinations.

They're a little rough but I think the quality of sprites is fine

I've only now started Strider after 100 hours, finding the class to be very fun.

The game is easy enough for you to do pretty much anything you want. Go do what you think is fun and don't worry about optimization.

But I'm doing it in hard mode. Shit is fucking tough, at least in the beginning.

Warrior jump strong attack is pretty fun. You're just flying around cleaving everyone's asshole apart.

But that's the funnest part of Hard Mode. Once you unlock equipment from Caxton with the Gold Idol the game becomes as easy as Normal Mode

I'm too busy dying to the first group of bandits right now because anything but the mage missiles is half of my health.

Just get past that point and once you get to Gran Soren you'll start feeling comfy again.

If you really can't handle them, try running away.

Mason is a man of culture.

Its versatile like MA, you dont stand around with your dick out if a drake starts flying or you run into wraiths or living armors.
But it also actually makes you think about what you are trying to do, it isnt a brainless borefest.
Think about it like a "flashy" fighter.
