That's including all the """""new""""" content. The campaign is fucking trash. Nothing more needs to be said at this point about how abysmal it is. The core gameplay of the multiplayer is for the most part solid, more so than Halo 3 I would argue, so it's too bad that it is surrounded by terrible things that distract from being able to appreciate this, whether it be unnecessary gimmicks (ADS, ground pound) or probably the worst map roster in the series. Forge is the best it's ever been and as a result, the potential for custom games are at their peak, so it's too bad that the game is limited to one player per console and requires a gold subscription. That's the biggest problem with Halo 5; there's a good game here, underneath all the shit, but it's so far burried, that you really have to hold your nose and look the other way to pretend it's anything special.

In fact, for all of Reach's flaws, I believe it shipped as a full game exactly as intended, with content being added and expanded upon later with further DLC. No missing Theater Mode, no missing Forge, no missing playlists.
That's a far cry from 'we'll ship a third of a game now and then slowly drip-feed the game via IV for the next twelve months' and 'Hunt the Truth' becoming 'Adventures with Locke & Co'. Bungie games shipped fully-fledged on day one and featured everything that was promised by the developers, flaws and all.
