Holy crap why does it take so long to rank down? Losing 30 points a loss when you gain 100+ a win is ridiculous. You should lose 100 points a loss and let short win streaks be what carry you through to the next rank.

Depends on how you define "grindy"? Do you have to play a lot of games to get 3-of's of certain legendaries? Sure. Does that mean you can't have fun with the game in the meantime? Of course not.

Spellboost Rune is a bad ladder deck but a good tournament deck, so it gets to stay in the T1~T2 range. Everyone plays aggro on ladder so Spellboost Rune, which is why it only has a 48% winrate on shadow record.

The funny part is pre-nerfs there were other competitors for tier 1 but after they tried to "nerf" shaman instead they made it the single indisputable best deck by far.

Storm Havencraft is a type of Haven deck, and one of the runners for Tier1 a long with Forest and Sword.

There are two other Haven archetypes. Heal is a strong Tier2 that some lists rarely include in 1, and Seraph is a low Tier2 bordering on Tier3 combo deck.

AoE is too expensive so they're pretty strong

Stormhaven is a Havencraft deck archetype focused around followers with Storm, Shadowverse's Charge.

You can try some kind of control deck with lord of the flies and some of your late game legendaries. (Prince / Olivia).
You'll really need some Lucifer and the core golden Shadow cards latter though.
