To play on PC, you currently have to use an Android emulator such as Leapdroid (recommended), Memu, Nox or Bluestacks. If the emulator gets stuck on Urias' stage in story mode, you might need to enable Virtualization in your bios (Google it). Or just simply use Steam and enjoy 60fps.
