Shiro has disappeared for reasons unknown (last seen in mid-April). The test server is still up and the website was in operation for a number of months until SSL certificate expired so I don't think it fills the criteria of being "shut down" (if you had decided you were done with a project, wouldn't you at least take it down?) and NiM was seen in June and he happened to indirectly confirm Shiro is at least alive, but ultimately, the future status of the project and reasons for Shiro's disappearance are completely unknown and while the devs could in principle return any day and act as though nothing had happened, you shouldn't expect the server to be released in any foreseeable future.

you know if you want to shill and get people to join your guild, the way to do that would be to spend 5 seconds of your time and a 60 second cooldown timer informing somebody of the guild info, i.e. the name, the GM, etc. you expect to not have to deal with retards however you shill in /wpsg/, a general that somehow managed to fucking die, on Veeky Forums, a site filled with idiots. and this isn't even taking into consideration the drama from OUTSIDE /wpsg/, like with the ZG ninja loot incident on /nosg/, or automute/indi sperging out on /krog/ which resulted in indi leaving, etc
