I was thinking Female NE balance druid and be a star mage with astral glyph but with balance being so bad would it even be worth at this point? The Q and A makes me believe they won't even be buffed.

What are some good alliance race/class combos?

Enhance does slightly better raid DPS, WW is slightly better in mythic+ (thought Enh is still good here) and arguably better in PVP.

Roll WW if you'd rather have the option to off-spec Tank and enjoy a lot of mobility. Otherwise Enhance is a strong and fun spec at the moment.

I've been thinking about getting back into WoW.
Haven't played since MoP, and I've barely even looked at what's going on in Legion. If I get Legion and resub now, would I be too fucked over by any time gates or weekly lockouts to stay viable in raiding? Also, one of the reasons I unsubbed was because my realm Turalyon merged with South American servers and I had to put up with useless fucks who couldn't even speak english in dungeons and LFR. What's a good server to transfer to, if there's any that aren't tainted by shit like this?
