A bit nitpicky but here are my main complaints:

Black Shallie's a bit on the plain side personality wise and her story was pretty unresolved. I don't really think it's a problem but almost everyone else seems to not be a big fan so I think it's worth noting. Since you specifically mentioned boring characters I'd suggest you either start with Black Shallie's story if you plan on completing everything or going for the plat. Otherwise, just do Green Shallie's story if you were only going to do one playthrough.
The whole overarching Dusk story is also unresolved..
I also really wanted to see Ayesha but she wasn't there. She is there in Shallie+ though.
But my biggest complaint was no playable Linca. She was my favourite and I don't know why they didn't have her return with the others, especially since she was in the first two.

Ps vita pirate games are 2gb on average so they are bigger.

I don't pirate Vita stuff. I have fourteen digital too I think and some of my purchases felt like a waste of money since I didn't feel like playing them after a while.

I think I might be set for life in terms of Vita games that I am 100% sure I'll enjoy. Might change eventually.
