More teams means you could give places like africa their own minor that they'll probably never get at the moment

Also, the legend system should get shafted, liquid would probably not even make it out of the NA minor, but they're already in the major

As it stands at the moment, the pre major qualifier could shape up to be a better tournament than the actual major

I used to be DMG before that ranking system change last year I think it was, and deranked the GN2 from inactivity

I doon't feel like I"m upper 50% of the general popuilation but here I am

It's the widened B entrance. You can smoke it, but then Ts have so much space behind that smoke. It leaves you feeling so exposed

It's harder to spam through, the Ts have spots to boost over, and once the smoke dissipates you can't really peek from anywhere on B cause there can be the whole team just waiting there to shoot you

That's probably what it is. I like that its a little wider but fuck me it makes me uneasy as CT, that boost especially.

Inferno is my favorite map because to me banana is one of the most interesting parts of any FPS shooter

Anyone know any deathmatch servers that run community maps? I just want to spawn across from people and shoot them forever but without the wait between rounds you have on a 1v1 server.

You can still smoke bottom of banana from the entrance to con and take control of it with two molotovs, and then play that game still.

Also, top nana control with the smoke at the wall still sort of works, but feels a lot harder than it used to be

I feel like if you just give up nana entirely though you're playing B so wrong.

IS there still a smoke as T from the woodpile on banana to smoke off CT? I don't remember how that smoke bounced around

I don't know a lineup for one, but probably. Whenever I've played T we usually just take nana control then eyeball the ct smoke.

There is a super fucky spot near t spawn. When you walk onto the walkway above alt mid, you can sit on a railing in a crevice of the open door. It caught me off guard as CT

Majors are fine at 16, but minors should be at least 12 if not 16.

The thing that really annoys me about it being 16 teams and legend status is the sticker + signature money

It feels really shitty to me to restrict that opportunity to so few teams, and give some teams somewhat undeserved cash

Why would you rage on this game? Just look at the stupid actions through the eyes of an imaginary spectator of your match and laugh at how bad the teamplays are, how awkward the shots were, and such. Then jump into the next round and start all over again, but this time change tactics and communicate

they could do some cool stuff if they wanted.

sell little compendiums for the minors that let you watch in gotv and give you team stickers for the minor teams, let you buy stickers for minor teams if you're in their region and only allow player sigs for major teams, or a ton of other things.

as it is, the minors are good because teams get what for them is a ton of time to show their sponsors and shit, but 8 teams is way too fucking tiny for the minor.

It would be 100% fine with me if they went the full way and did Bo3 for every match in the groups

The legends system you'd be fine with? I mean, I guess that makes it better, but you can still end up with miracle runs that lead you out of groups. I think maybe top 4 you could invite, if groups were bo3, but I do think current form should factor into not having to go through the qualifiers

Giving teams the ability to monetize their support in game who aren't necessarily able to make the major would be a huge boost to some smaller but locally popular orgs. And that can help boost local scenes a lot more if your org is actually somewhat sustainable
