I've played pos3 tusk on a dual lane basically farming like a carry. It's good for pick offs but you're really relying on that ultimate. His other skills being mostly utility means he's pretty useless in teamfights when he isn't walrus punching.

1. open up demo mode, practice lasthitting
2. search for OP heroes like Arcwarden, sandking, mirana, omni spammers playing in high ranked games, just study the games and replays to analyze their decisionmaking process etc. I watched bulldog brood back when it was OP shit and i have a 75% wr on that shit
3. play more unranked games- focus on your own play mute other players. there will come a point where both your mechanical skill and decisionmaking will allow you to feed off of the retard on the other team consistently, and your mmr will increase
4. swallow your pride- if your team has picked 4 hard carry agi, dont be a wanker and get a 5th one- you can pick heros that transition into carries late but can roam and support effectively like mirana tiny etc
