Yes. He picks Karasu and Anne says "ok so in english it'll be crow" and he's fine with it.

It's Karasu, and yeah. He doesn't change it himself, though, it's Futaba who objects to him being the only one with a Japanese codename, which leads to Anne suggesting Crow instead since it's the same word in English, and then Morgana just decides that'll be his codename and he agrees to it.

I don't think so. He was just suggesting something bird themed like Karasu, and Ann was all "Oh in English that's Crow" and Goro says "Ok then I'll go with that" Which is also another hint to him being a liar, because he later acts like he's never seen his thief outfit before.

People thought Yusuke's name was originally supposed to be Inari, and they changed it to be English later on, but it then it turns out that's just what Futaba calls him and that's it.

Also Noir is French anyway so they aren't all English names.

Hopefully that means she'll be a party member in the inevitable updated rerelease

He wasn't suggesting karasu because it's bird-themed, he came up with it because Anne suggested they should pick his codename based on his outfit. Ryuji asks if his costume's pitch-black, and he says that rather, it's the opposite, since if it's a codename for the sake of avoiding being found out, it's better that way, right?

It fits with his real outfit, though, so it's not a lie. He doesn't really act like he's never seen a phantom thief costume once the palace's in alert mode either, he just remarks on how them being in costume now means the place's on alert.

Depending on whether Joker still befriends Ryuji or not, he would've either finished his year on probation normally or he would've gotten kicked out for going against Kamoshida after what happened to Shiho.

Ryuji would've either gotten kicked out for the reasons above or remained the school outcast because of Kamoshida's mistreatment of him. His career's ruined either way since his leg was fucked up by Kamoshida pre-game.

Anne would've been crushed by guilt over Shiho. Who knows if that'd lead to her committing suicide or giving in to Kamoshida out of guilt.

Yusuke would've continued to be exploited and neglected by Madarame, and likely would've either starved or been driven to suicide eventually if what we know about his other disciples is any indication. In-game he also muses that he could've turned out like Goro if it hadn't been for his friends, but he probably wouldn't turn out anywhere near as bad unless he still got his persona powers somehow.

Makoto would've continued to follow orders blindly. It's likely she would've still had to look into Kaneshiro's mafia since they were extorting students, though without the extra pressure of having to look into the PT too, she might not resort to physically confronting him. If she does, she'll get herself kidnapped and/or blackmailed, and that'd make Kaneshiro look into going after Sae too.

Futaba would've killed herself, since she was already on the verge of either that or dying from self-neglect by the time she asks the PT to reform her.

Haru would be forced into marrying her abusive, controlling fiancee for the sake of her father's company.

Goro would've been killed by Shidou once he was inaugurated as prime minister.

Sae would've probably been targeted for shellification, too.

Probably, yeah, unless Kaneshiro got to her first. Being the prosecutor looking into the berserk- and shellification incidents paints a pretty big target on her back without some sort of intervention.
