Greetings! Low leveled player here. When i queue up for matchmaking (missing 5th or solo queue), I get randoms that play like they just got off of casual. They force every round, they bait, and they dont communicate. These bad habits are commonly seen in the casual gamemode. In my opinion, the casual gamemode should be replaced by unranked 5v5 so new players will get the learn the basics of the game (playing casual wont teach them anything atm). Thats all

baiting is wrong because ideally you want to be shooting at the enemy at the same time as your teammate. If you just let him die, you made a 2v1 into 2 1v1's. Also by baiting you are generally lurking behind the team, meaning you aren't seizing map control. It's likely you are not holding an important angle either.

you get 1400 for losing first, 1900 for 2nd. That's 3300, not enough, full buy is 3700/4150 (extra money from kills go to nades/awp).
4th round buy either way. 1900+2400 =4300 makes no sense to save the 1400
