You can't. Console modding is limited to bethesdanet. If a mod you want isn't posted there, you can't use it.

Drag and drop the files into Skyrims Data folder and activate them in game via the bethesdanet load order thing.

There's also Arkay who is the god of death, but it's more about the dead staying dead and ushering them to a new afterlife. Kind of like say, Kelemvor.
