Last thread someone said I was a cuck for playing hardcore, what did he mean? I legit don't know because I'm new. Is there some penalty to playing hardcore that I don't know about? Lower drop rate, they delete your characters or something?

I know the rules of PoE hardcore, your character gets sent to standard so you don't really lose them. Right now I'm just playing hardcore because loot is more fun to find and feels more valuable. On normal I just feel like I'd be wasting time because my character is shit and everyone has already farmed everything x1000,000.

I know my char is going to be shit in hardcore too but at least it doesn't feel like I'm just playing with a bunch of people that have already effectively beaten the game and have it on farm.

The league is almost over. Sell it to me.

Int is at such a premium for WI that astra is pretty close to the only Str and Dex they're going to have. A rare that has 100+ int might have 60-70 of the other two, but that's not enough by itself to use high level skill gems. My build has ~30 strength from the tree and zero dexterity (In fact I almost have negative dexterity).

I donno. In every case I've considering using them they were more expensive then just crafting the old fashioned way with alts regals exalts. I suppose only for the t0 mods and the special mods like decay.

That's usually how it works. If you haven't cleared chateau and aren't adjacent for it, it shouldn't drop. Probably different because it was a zana target.
