See if he can send you some pictures of the rear sprocket as well. Ideally you want to see the countershaft sprocket as well but I imagine the seller cant be arsed to remove the cover. You can tell a lot about how the bike was ridden and the condition its in from the condition of the sprockets

I dont want supermoto at all cost, but something with similar riding position. I tried my friends Bandit 650 and I absolutely hated the riding position and 4 cyl. Duke 690 looks quite cool but im not sure about maintenance cost compared to Jap bikes?

It's a hard and expensive idea. Nobody sells custom lenses, so you have to make a mold from the existing one, sand it smooth or plaster over the pattern, and then shrink a poly lens to it. And then you have to affix the lens to the existing housing.

or you could retrofit another headlight housing and ignore the lens entirely, or do that and cover the hole in the fairing with a sheet of poly
