As a Lancer who has already finished the other 2 Gridania starter job storylines what would be best as a pocket skill, Raging Strikes or Hawk Eye? I want to do Raging Strikes but I figure a second opinion couldn't hurt. Also Cure might be an option if it isn't ass for Lancers.

so how hard are raids compared to the 1-60 dungeons

i never once had to look up a guide when tanking for any of these piss easy dungeons and i'm hoping raids get a lot harder

the normal ones are piss easy too
everything outside of savage/extreme trials is easy

What is it about monks?

We had to make ours get ACT triggers for 11 because he was dying 3-4 times per pull and 5 weeks on we've yet to clear 10 without him dying. Not to mention temporal stasis wipes because of his fucking stacks
