The rate is fine but we need a bunch at one time. There's not enough heroes as is and that's why we're having problems with X being op since there's no other heroes that can fill their role.

Examples are lucio, reinhardt, zarya, they all have specific roles no other hero can fill so they're always must picks. That's also why we keep cycling through who's the next OP must pick healer as they're so necessary but so few of them.
