That's a fairly simple process that also locks the battery in place. Clever desu.

Wow 4 whole bolts instead of two! Good thing they didn't do a battery on a Ferrari 430, one of those Chryslers that has the battery in the wheelwell behind the fender, or a single motor Model S or the video would be 3 months long
>less than 2 minutes total
what's the complaint exactly?
they aint that damn bad, g37s kinda suck though
Could be worse.
...
At least the battery isnt in the trunk and under the spare wheel
would also be a bitch to jumpstart
How do you want your battery accessibility, senpai?
at least they have a secondary positive for jumpstarting
what car is that so I can avoid them like the plague
oh fuck off, the people in this thread are retarded. theres LITERALLY no reason to have to remove the fucking computer to change the battery like fuck off, nothing is worse than that
It's not as bad as the dodge stratus. Literally gotta pull the tire off and it's under the wheel well.
Holy shit you have to remove something to get the battery out! So complicated.
You don't do any amount of maintenance on a kia. When it doesn't work anymore you just roll it into the ocean and it will be the best day in your life.
Dodge Intrepid, a car you should avoid like the plague anyways.
that's got to be the audience from an episode of jeremy kyle.
Niggah you don't even need to disconnect the computer to remove it, you just need an extension and then remove the loose bolts by hand.
A) mine was great (Chrysler Cirrus).
B) he wasn't removing the battery. Not even sure you can remove the battery from the front.
There's a panel with two plastic wing nuts on the inside of the wheel well. If you crank the wheel all the way you can wriggle it out with some effort, or just take the wheel off.
It has terminals in the engine bay (near the struts iirc) for jump starting and charging.
HOL UP
IS THAT UNDER THE FUCKING HEADLIGHT
That's not so bad.
At least it's not a Lumina where you have to remove a crossmember, the airbox, and the washer fluid reservoir just to jump the thing off.
The new Odyssey did that shit too. Have to remove the air intake to get to it.
Recent Equinoxes have the battery under the computer too, but at least it's only two bolts to get it to slide off. You do have to remove the little plastic panel in front of it too, though.
Nigger, in a lot of cars you're going to have to remove a brace anyway. This isn't much different.
>one of those Chryslers that has the battery in the wheelwell behind the fender,
>parent asks for help changing their battery because it's not holding charge
>yeah okay, we'll do it saturday afternoon
>they own a PT Cruiser
>finish sunday morning
FUCK YOU CHRYSLER
WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU DO THAT SHIT
