You can't unless they've changed how Google Voice works since I tried a year ago. Networking with friends was the only thing that worked for me.

Verification sucks, but I'd still be playing even if I wasn't verified. So long as you don't pour a ton of money into it and set reasonable expectations (read: really really low expectations) for which cards you can get, nothing beats pulling a really cute card from gacha or from events.

They are, but if you save up event drinks, getting high cost event cards from a 10% or 5% ticket is doable.

Of course, trading for high cost cards is the way most players do it. Before I was verified, I did manage to rank high enough to get the occasional 21 cost card.
