Mobs aren't new either. They just recycle the old mobs you see at lower levels and pump stats on them. Hell, they don't even change the name.

No I meant when you try and buy an item that's in demand at the marketplace there's a bid phase (Which gives you like 1% to buy the item) and after 3-5min everyone is able to buy it.
But now all items are instantly bought out even at that bid phase, it does not even go half a second before 5 items that was put up at the same time been bought out.

Seasons are an actual thing, though not every tree is affected by it as far as I've seen. For fall, plenty of trees are still green - not all trees are Autumnal colors. That's the only thing that breaks the seasonal immersion as far as I've seen.
