If there's missing numbers in your lists, either they're tied to a character quest somewhere in the town, or you need to complete quests preceding the missing numbers to unlock them.
Yeah, I could understand that, but if it was written in a way that doesn't lead to that happening I think It'd be a pretty good what-if universe.
I mean, he'd still be a prick, I wouldn't want him to lose what makes him such a fun character. Need a bit of help with build, posted threads ago, but didn't get an answer: Currently 100 in ki, 125 in basic, and Around 50 into ki blast because I'm running out of ideas and don't want a fuckhuge stamina bar, I feel like I need a beam to work with, but I can't think if anything to work with and I don't know what to drop: Currently have rise to action, final blow, sledgehammer, and maximum overcharge with the ki explosion ult.
Heug saiyan if that makes it any easier. SSJ3 makes ki explosion feel like it hurts far more than it probably really does.

paralyze ki blast into GOD anger If you're long range it'll never work, if you're mid range it'll always work, if you're close range it'll usually work, the timing to vanish it is very tight
Something that's also pretty good is Solar Flare into Anger, but landing solar flare is just cancer. You could try to use it to chain stamina breaks though
