You download the tools from the mod site, and then just install the bin and patcher folders. The bin folder has the patcher .dll files that are what'll run the mod files. The actual pack/unpack tools for the .cpk files are mostly to know what the filepaths are and for if you want to mod yourself. Once that's all set in, you make a data folder with correct filepaths and put mods in there.

Did they improve the load time with the 1.02 version on PS4? It feels like when you end a battle, the load time are somewhat like 10 seconds faster than before but maybe it's my imagination.
