I don't think he's passive aggressive besides as a joke when he talks to his pub teammates, which is probably because he is actually annoyed with them. He also talks a lot about what's wrong with his team and their play, which isn't passive aggressive, especially since he very often asks them to change the things they're doing beforehand, not in hindsight

But there are those people who are passive aggressive to pretty much anyone, belittling them before they even show if they're worth belittling
