Depends on your spec, what are you playing? Energy isn't actually a thing for any of the specs for one reason: Sub regens their shit from using finishers properly and using their artifact ability, Outlaw regens their shit from one of their RTD results and of course keeping as much AR uptime as possible, Sin regens their shit from bleeding a poisoned target.
If you're Outlaw, you just make sure your buffs are right before spamming shit
If you're Sin you dont sperg out on your keyboard and just make sure you're keeping bleed uptime + elaborate planning up. If you need to, use a 3 combo point envenom, never any less. Pooling isn't that hard when you're maintaining enough uptime on things.
Sub is shit right now but if you have the gear for it just be sure you're using your artifact ability off CD and only going stealth at full energy.
Haste is worthless, don't even look at it.
