By NTR a website you mean making one ourselves? It's not really a lot of work, the only issues would be getting hosting + domain. And for a domain, you'll need to ask the devs if you want to make something like SteelOcean.com without their concent. As for the website, it's really easy to make, take this from someone who works in the area.

Yeah, for the page I could work in the backend and some frontend, and ask /sog/ for resources (images and stuff like that) to fill it and make it pretty. I could make something decent in an hour or so. As for content generation, I would make some accounts for you or other anons so they can post news and stuff. Worth a shot sending an email to the devs, besides consent, ask for shekels for hosting and domain, plus rewards for making and maintaining the page.
