The ElvUI unit frames aren't very special. You can replicate them in any decent unit frame addon.

That said ElvUI is modular. You can install it, jump into the settings and turn any component off, and customize any remaining components.

People shouldn't think of ElvUI as a 'UI pack', it's more of a bundled addon suite. You don't have to use the base UI, it is very flexible and you can build your preferred UI with it.

WoW is not a very fun game, honestly. The only real "fun" from it is the satisfaction of getting loot upgrades and downing difficult bosses, both of which lose their novelty very quickly.

I played Legion for about 5 weeks before my eyes started glazing over every time I looked at the bnet launcher icon.

I just can't spam the same mythic+, run the same world quests, and wipe on the same raid bosses over and over and over again anymore.
