MSAA is not optimized at all and turned on on medium and higher dynamic optimization presets so the performance is shit for basically everyone. You cannot even turn it off but keep some dynamic optimization to help when the engine chokes.

But to be fair, the original Apex release wasn't nearly as good as it is now so maybe the upcoming update (tomorrow?) will fix some shit. Or maybe it won't.

Try one stage of tire. It's what I usually do. Sadly most cars with classic tire models get bumped up a lot with even one small upgrade.
Maybe you could just try to get comfy, get the most downforce you can without tires.
