Leeory sort of makes sense, he's one of blizzard's most popular characters so it would be another way to increase the popularity of the game. We already have a few meme characters in TLV and Murky so it's not really that farfetched.

this is by far the most overpowered they have ever released, and before you spout some shitty opinions -- the stats verify this. only zarya has ever had a higher winrate and that was for a day. Samuro has been out for 3 weeks and only now he still has the winrate that xul did on release. I have no clue why blizzard refuses to fix him - they're losing a sizeable chunk of their players because of it. "They want to keep the game stable during blizzcon". But samuro isn't allowed at blizzcon. Additionally if they WERE practicing for blizzcon they'd still have to practice wasting a samuro ban. It's ridiculous that he's been this broken for this long.
