make a folder, right click it and select "git clone"
paste in the git url: github.com/d3athrow/vgstation13.git
click ok
then wait for it to download shit
now you should have a nice folder full of hot hot power gay.
open up vgstation.dme and in the top bar click build > compile.
now go into Vg station\config-example\admins.txt and make it say
gayfaggotthatcan'tusethewiki - Host
then open dream daemon (comes with byond) and point it at the shiny new .dmb file you got after you clicked compile. click the green go button, then the yellow arrowey button when it comes up.

That's what happens when any traitor has any access to chemshittery, and understands how to make memeatine.
