To go to the raid, go south west from hercule's platform & slightly up, there should be a blue ball in the sky
If it aint there, you're fucked > I know that 14.00 CET is not equal to 9am PDT, but both regions are just using different starting times :)
You have to kill it at level 99 for the unique costume rewards
