It deals damage based on a % of the target's health.

Since Raid Cell has millions of health, poison deals absolutely broken amounts of damage to him.

Where do you get the poison super soul?

Does damage based on target's HP.

Since Cell has an assload of HP, it results in a lot of damage for just one hit.

It also stacks per player. Two players with poison stacking can make it so that Cell with 500k+ HP is killable in 5 minutes.

Percentage based damage.
Expert mission / raid bosses have fuckhuge healthbars.
Poison and bad Math, a deadly combination.

It bugs me that CaCs don't share most progress like unlocked characters for PQs.

What was wrong with the Xenoverse 1 style? If you wanted you could go to time nest and do the story missions even if it was considered "completed" on new characters. Actually in XV2 every subarea with quests gives you the option of replaying already completed ones so it would make sense that new characters shared your old progress.

They wanted the game to last longer because XV3 is gonna have more development time put into it. But people complained so much that they're going to eventually patch it in like XV1, but its low priority compared to the DLC, Raid Missions, etc.

Evasive move my nigga, hyper movement gets you out of it and knocks Cell down.

Use an evasive move with invincibility frames, like Armor Boost or Vanishing Guard.

Some Ults also let you tank through it.

That's a colorable commander red costume. It bugs me that things you basically already had in XV1 are now considered super special rewards or DLC (Bardock skills etc). Fucking Bamco.

I'm sorry if I kept pushing Cell out of shit with Meteor Crash, but it's better than knocking him out of poison balls.

Destructo Disk spam was pretty good. I think the flinch from it might have been almost as good as stamina breaks if cell flinches in the middle of 5+ beam ults.

It was way in the sky above the school and I was able to get to it as soon as I got flying from the story. I was only like level 30.
