HPM actually added some events for Communist and Fascist nations to do that post 1900 but so far nothing for reactionaries. Not sure about An-caps and presidential dictatorships.

It would have been like 9/11, just 400 years beforehand and ten times as important. At least to the citizens of the country involved.

I have the comic and it is one of alan moore's more excellent works.
V appeals to neckbeards because he is cool, edgy, respected, feared, wise, infamous and lonely, which is everything neckbeards want to be. It's works for him specifically because alan wrote him so well and the art is very well done but it simply cannot translate to real life.
