Yesterday I got my HLM ng+ all levels down to 32min00s. Still 2 minutes to go and I'll submit my mediocre time to get ranked.

I'm using wplit to time my runs and I manually start/stop the timer. Is there a way to get this automated or is this how it's done? I'm as new as they get in speedrunning circles.

why are you running a dead arbitrary category? the only reason anyone started doing all levels was because a shitter avid to get a world record wasn't good enough to pull off a major skip, so he made up an entirely new and slower category with the sole purpose of skipping the skip (how ironic!).

I'm not a fan of level select/menu juggling in general.

Dunno if there's an autosplitter for hotline, but if there is you'd probably have to use livesplit instead of wsplit

Also just do a shitload more practice and try different routes and don't start resetting until you can get sub 30 consistently.
