I know how to step vanish, but I don't quite see how it helps with the AoE. I do it once, and the moment I'm out of it I get stunlocked and die.

Just do it once and you'll get the reward later. No point doing it multiple times unless you want to try and top the leaderboard.

The difference in damage between +5 and -5 on a super is ~600. It's worthless. The only stats that really matter on a QQ Bang are Ki and Stam.

You should have the regular big bang attack to spam against giant ki blasts and just abuse the shit out of charged golden form ki blast (the death beam). If you have "You and Your Earth Shall Be Destroyed!" You can make your death beam do nearly 200 damage a pop.
