It has a blitz mode which I think functions like motg duels of planeswalkers or hearthstone.
You unlock cards then build Blitz decks. During game you use your cards to get units and moves I assume which you then use in rts combat.
They're not single use though.

Played the original trilogy and decided to write down time/kills. Note I played each the same style. So no "lol exploring and adding minutes" or skipping fights. Not a speedrun.
