Squishy frames usually have great control over the battlefield, keep your distance and use your movement controls like crouch and sliding, focus heavies first and if you need to move fast be sure to use their built in cc, banshees silence +sonic push for heavies, Nyx's chaos or mind control to draw enemy fire, volts speed and shield. Basically just play the game instead of speed running with no consequences, personally I love playing banshee despite the fact she's definitely not meta. This doesnt really apply to zeph or trin due to their built in tankiness through abilities. If your too lazy to read all that git gud

Quick Thinking + Flow/Primed Flow is usually the best solution.

However, when I don't want to waste mod slots with Quick thinking I just go with Vitality + Orthos Prime (which is equipped with Life Strike mod for heals).

In my opinion you should always have a melee weapon with Life Strike anyways, it's useful in almost any situation.

I'm not a big fan of having high shield and low health (because of toxin damage), so Vitality is my go to on squish frames.

But again, Quick Thinking + big energy pool is the optimal choice.

Also, in case you don't have, you should get a sentinel with Guardian mod ASAP.

It takes some forma to get past the bonus of the Scattered justice mod, but personally I prefer the clip size and crit bonus over the hek, but those are just quality of life things at the end of the day
