I think Lord Dominik's Regards should be reworked from granting 15% damage against targets with more hp than you to something like
"ignores enemy shields" or "does 50% additional damage to shields". That way, if they have a mundo/vlad, you pick Mortal Reminder, if they have Naut, Riven or vi, you pick LDR.
