Sorry for the late reply user, but raillight uses the same equip region as SoS dongs. I opened it up in the CK and changed it to the tail slot. So equipping it will remove your cloak or tail if you're a beast race.

If someone can tell me an equip region that is rarely used ill change it to that, or you can.

Turns out dual wielding weapon + spells only works properly if you put the weapon in your right hand.

Railight is great for lewds cause it can light up the entire area. Though normal Railight will unequip dongs cause they use the same slot region. If you know an unused slot region just open it with the CK and change it.
